Chef Creighton Jagnandan was raised in Augusta, GA and Greensboro, NC. An intensely independent person of spirit and lifestyle, he began to develop his palate and tastes from a young age. He is meticulous, methodical, and a staunch perfectionist. Cooking was a natural direction. Having worked both front and back of house across the southeast and San Francisco, he now draws from every style, technique, and culinary tradition he has touched, to create delicious, fun food. He also loves to dine, and strives to provide guests with experiences as fulfilling as many he has enjoyed himself.
